Early access status
Clip2Commit is in early access preparation. The public website should not be used to submit sensitive athlete information, private documents, full game film, medical information, or school records.
Information you choose to send
If you use the waitlist or support forms, we may receive your name, email address, and the message content you choose to include. The public waitlist starts with name and email only; role, sport, graduation year, recruiting challenge, and notes are optional details you can choose to add.
Temporary video processing
In the private beta portal, Clip2Commit uses temporary private processing storage for uploaded clips and rendered video files. Raw uploaded video and render-safe processing files are scheduled for removal after a successful render, or within a short cleanup window if rendering fails or stalls. Finished rendered videos are made available for download and are scheduled for removal after the first download grace period, or after the download window expires if never downloaded.
Clip2Commit is not a long-term video host. Users should download the finished file and save it locally before leaving the portal. Deletion of Clip2Commit's online processing copy does not delete copies that a user downloaded, emailed, saved elsewhere, or posted to a third-party platform. Metadata, consent records, support records, audit logs, billing records, and legal-defense records may be retained longer where needed.
How we use information
We use early access messages to respond to inquiries, understand product interest, and plan the Clip2Commit beta. We do not sell personal information.
Player Card, playlists, readiness, and export data
Planned portal features may collect athlete-entered profile fields, sport-specific stats, highlight playlist names, readiness checklist status, manual export package text, destination-library URLs, and family-facing analytics. This data is used to organize recruiting materials and training workflows. It is not sold and is only shared outside Clip2Commit when the user manually shares it.
Readiness percentages and analytics are for family reference only. View counts, playlist counts, export downloads, and similar metrics are not recruiting guarantees and are not shown to coaches by default.
Minors and athletes
Recruiting workflows may involve minors. Parent or guardian involvement is expected for youth athlete accounts and future sharing workflows. Do not send private minor data through this public website.
Youth athlete privacy status
Current public pages use sample athlete data, and the early-access forms should collect only enough information to review the request. Youth profile creation, under-13 self-registration, public youth profiles, broad sharing, SMS, automated outreach, retention rules, and parental-consent records remain blocked until attorney review and product controls are complete.
Candidate social and recruiting partners
Required privacy evidence for partner applications
Clip2Commit is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or integrated with the services below unless explicitly stated. These sections are an application-readiness checklist for candidate partner reviews. Any OAuth, API posting, upload, account linking, or automated sharing feature remains blocked until the applicable platform review, product controls, user consent, deletion process, and attorney review are complete.
When a user opens a third-party site from Clip2Commit, signs in there, or manually posts a video there, that third-party service's privacy policy, terms, account settings, content rules, deletion tools, and youth/minor controls apply to activity on that service. Clip2Commit does not control how those services collect, use, share, retain, moderate, or delete information after the user leaves Clip2Commit.
