What to include
- Your name and preferred contact email.
- Your role: athlete, parent or guardian, coach, or other.
- A brief description of what you need help with.
What happens next
After submission, Clip2Commit shows a review ID you can save for follow-up. A person still has to review the request; the form does not send messages, change accounts, delete data, issue refunds, or contact third parties.
What not to send yet
Please do not send full game film, private athlete documents, medical details, school records, passwords, payment information, or sensitive minor data through public forms or email.
